UI/UX Design Services
Good UI/UX design makes the next action clear. TechCrack designs websites and application interfaces around the people using them, the information they need and the tasks they want to finish.
Research and information architecture
Start with your audience, common questions and the paths people take through the product. Existing feedback, support questions and stakeholder interviews can inform the brief. If direct user research is required, agree participants and research activities as part of the scope.
Wireframes before detailed screens
Wireframes help resolve navigation, content order and task flow before visual polish. For example, an inquiry journey needs a clear service explanation, relevant work and a short form. A dashboard needs priorities, useful summaries and easy access to frequent actions.
Responsive UI in Figma
We use Figma for interface design and handoff. Screens should show how real content adapts across device sizes, including long labels and empty lists. Color, type and spacing should reinforce the existing brand unless a broader identity change is part of the brief.
Components and prototypes
Shared patterns for buttons, fields, navigation and feedback help keep screens consistent. Prototypes make the intended flow easier to review before development. The proposal should identify which states and interactions need to be represented, rather than implying every possible screen is included.
Usability and accessibility
Readable contrast, focus states, clear labels and understandable errors are part of interface design. Usability review asks whether a person can complete the task without explanation. Formal user testing or an accessibility audit requires a defined method and scope.
Developer handoff
Handoff connects the design to implementation with reusable components, assets and interaction notes. Responsive behavior and validation states should be documented alongside the happy path. We can also implement the agreed design in React or Next.js through a development engagement.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you keep our current branding?
Yes. Share your existing site, brand assets and constraints. We can improve user flows and screen consistency within those boundaries.
Does design include development?
They are separate deliverables unless the proposal includes both. Agree the screens, prototype coverage, revisions and implementation scope before starting.
